On October 22 between 5AM and 6AM EST Ordergroove will be conducting a disaster recovery exercise. The anticipated impact will be a ~10 second window when a subset of requests made to Ordergrove’s API endpoints will experience elevated error rate. Subscription creation requests may return with error code 400, but they are expected to be retried automatically. There is no action required on the merchants' side. The maintenance will ensure our platform is stable and ready for any unforeseen outages in the future.
