On November 5 between 5AM and 6AM EST Ordergroove will be conducting platform wide maintenance. During the maintenance window there will be a 10 to 15 second segment when a subset of requests made to Ordergrove’s API endpoints may experience elevated error rates. Subscription creation requests may return with error code 400, but they are expected to be retried automatically. There is no action required on the merchants’ side. The maintenance is being conducted as part of our Black Friday preparation.
